Location

We were overcharged for our stay. Booking.com gave us a grand total in dollars that we were supposed to pay in local currency. When we got there we were given an amount to pay that was more than the local currency equivalent, and we could only pay cash. No receipt was provided. I asked for the host to contact me for the detail of charges but we never heard from them. The only person we saw was the cleaning lady.

Very good place - but aggressive check out!!

The apartment is great! Very central, very good location, and easy to get into. The place is clean and pictures are accurate.

The staff is not nice. The guy who was doing the check out was extremely aggressive and took our backpacks while we went to the bank.

Best Location For An Apartment Stay in CARTAGENA!

The location is the best part about this property! Plazita one block away, Torre Del Reloj one block away, Alquimico Bar about three properties away! You are in El Centro and you get to take in the Cartagena Vibes to the fullest. The property was roomy, clean, with a security always present at the hallway entrance, The balcony view is incredible! Upon arrival the housekeeper provided the keys and the money was given to her. She was very kind :) There is even a washing machine inside the apartment :D !

A lovely and comfortable stay, I would definitely recommend

The bed was super comfy, great location, close to all tourist sightseeing sights. Had a great view from the balcony and there was supermarket close by to the apartment which was handy. In addition, there are lots of places to eat nearby if you don't want to cook. The complimentary toiletries were a nice added touch and hot water a luxery. The air-con worked efficiently and made a comfortable stay.

Be aware that you will need to pay by cash on arrival and they do not accept cards. In addition, that the apartment is located opposite a drug store and emerald selling place.

Fantastic location with great hosts.

Super responsive and accommodating host and onsite staff! Absolutely perfect location in the old city. Good WiFi. Sometimes a hot shower!

We never figured out how to access the rooftop deck, but didn’t try too hard. The shower was sometimes cold.

The owner has NO interest in his properties other than its...

The owner has NO interest in his properties other than its his "cash cow"!!! If it wasn't for the staff he employs to provide the services, I would not recommend. He didn't mention that the very large old building next door is being renovated and that the work is being done through the night till 4AM!!!! We got NO sleep for 3 nights!!! Also, there is a lot of work being done in the Historic District which means that electricity was out all day!! Again, the owner didn't tell us that there was no power!!! The TV didn't get fixed till the 2nd night!! There is NO quality control by the owner!!

Excellent and modern spacious room in the middle of the city. Easy to find and host was quickly available to provide the keys. For this price it is of great interest to go here back again. Plenty of breakfast places on walking distance. Friendly host that speaks good english.
